Once an order has been placed, please allow 1-3 days for processing and shipping. We do not ship on Sunday’s or Holidays.
All orders will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking once an order has been shipped.
We use USPS PRIORITY as our shipping provider.
Essential Faith wants you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. You may return any unused items within 14 days of purchase. Please email email@example.com for a return confirmation number. Note that customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
For damages or defects please contact Essential Faith’s customer service team immediately by email us at firstname.lastname@example.org. If damaged items are returned without emailing for authorization, returns will not be processed/refunded.
ALL Essential Faith products that were purchased from another online retailer or in store boutique CAN CONTACT THE original place of purchase FOR ANY QUESTIONS OR CONCERNS.
Once a return has been received and approved, please allow 3-5 business days for the refund to be processed. All refunds will be issued in the original form of payment unless store credit is requested. Please note that you will not be refunded for shipping charges.
